The SESAME (Simulation of Embedded System Architectures for Multilevel Exploration) software framework allows for modeling and simulating Multi-Processor System-on-a-Chip (MP-SoC) systems at a high level of abstraction with the purpose to perform early (and fast!) design-space exploration (DSE) for these systems.
